Media Burn Rights

I've got a CD containing music which I'd like to burn to another CD but I
get an error about "Burn Rights."
What does that mean?

perhaps the cd, or media, has some form of protection.

Is there some way to tell? I doubt that my church would put a protect on
it - just church music.

More likely Nero, to work around some NTFS permissions restrictions
e.g. that may otherwise require admin rights to rurn a disk.
