Mean, Median, Mode

Is there anyway to plot the Mean, Median and Mode on the graphs that I have
produced? If not can someone recommend some software that will allow me to
take my excel data and do what I want? THANKS IN ADVANCE.

If you can compute it, you can plot it. How do you want to plot these
values? To put a line at a given point along an axis, try one of these
