mcafee window at start up

I have norton now, but I keep getting an annoying window asking me if I want
to uninstall. it always times out. thank you

First - look on McAfee's web site. Despite appearances - this is not McAfee
tech support. =)

Second - have you gone through your startups (with Start button --> RUN -->
msconfig --> OK) to see what might be starting up and causing this message?

(You will still want to visit McAfee to look for a cleanup utility for their
products...)
