what is it for? Don't find an explanation on the ACF website. What I
search is an app that allows me to list links from websites so that I
can establish which websites are linked with each other (or not, or only
via a third, forth, etc. website). In the end I can establish a network
graph and see (and can calculate) the quality of the network (density,
stars, bridges, ..)

i.e. the files must already be on your pc.
