I am using IE 6 variant to connect to a server via proxy, but for some
reason, a set of clients with the same IE version does not make the effort to
connect with parallel connections. Instead the same transmission that
happens in parallel on 2 connections, happens in serial on this set of
clients and slows down the trnasaction. Is there anything about the
Operating System or in IE 6 that would cause this behavior?
