MAV 2006 - where is the location of the expiry file

My pc have NAV2005 and expired. I installed the NAV2006. After the
installation, it still shows that the 2006 has expired. Anyone knows where
the location of the expiry date so that I can re-install again Thanks
++ sorry I know I can call Norton/symantec but the call centre in India is
not very helpful Please advice so that I can re-installthe friver-regards
 
You have a problem with your Ford. Why are you asking GM for answers? Call
Symantec for assistance with their program.

Better yet, dump Symantec and get some real software that doesn't clog up
your system.

You need to completely remove the app via add/remove programs THEN delete
the remaining folders that are left over and reinstall from scratch. You
should then see a renewal date for next year.

It happens. I once bought a Ford, new, that came with a Delco alternator
(police package).
Better yet, dump Symantec and get some real software that doesn't clog up
your system.

That's very practical advice.
 
Many thanks and nav is of no help except to do on-liine scan and manage to
run for a short while before the gereric hos encountered a problem. Now
casnnot access to the internet
