EXCEL STATS USER

The master volume control in the tray sometimes "mutes" itself. How do I stop
this from happening?

Find out what id muting it in the first place.
 
If I knew how to do that or what was causing it, I wouldn't be here asking
for help. How do I find out what is causing the master volume control to
"mute" itself?
