Hi,

After setting up a Master Slide with a graphic, is it possible to delete the
graphic off only one of the slides in the set?

If so how?

Thanks in advance.

Lynda.

No. But if you're using PowerPoint 2002 or 2003, both of which allow
multiple masters, it's an easy matter of creating a second slide master that
doesn't include the graphic.

Griff,
If you have put the graphic in the background of the masterslide there is no
way you could delete it on an invividual slide. But maybe you could insert
your graphic by way of "insert" - "picture" - "from file". Then on the slide
where you do not want the graphic to appear choose "Format" - "Background"
and check the box that says "omit ...." and hit OK.

If you're using 2002 or later, go with Sonia's advice.
Otherwise:

Choose Format, Background and put a check next to "Omit ..."

You'd then need to copy all of the graphics you DO want from the slide master,
paste them to your slide and then send to back.

that's all untru
right click on the slide in question and select backgrounds, tick the block that says "omit backgrounds from master slide
