I have recently moved to the Czech Republic and...Things are a little
different here than back in the states...the big one being that I don't speak
Czech and when the ISP Tech Support people look at their screen to guide me
through a problem, they are looking at Windows XP in Czech...It does not
always translate well...
My proble, is...I have 2 LAN connections on my computer, and only one needs
to be enabled. The one that works is NOT the one that should work. I am only
getting a max of 100 kbps on it when I am supposed to be getting more than
4000 kbps. The only difference I can see between the two connections (other
than speed) that would lead me to any conclusion (perhaps even a wrong one)
is that the correct one does NOT have the QoS Packet Scheduler in the
Properties box, whereas the other one does...
How do I install the QoS packet sheduler, and/or how do I get this
connection working? As it is, my DSL connection is slower than any dial up
connection I have ever had!
