hello

I don't want collegues to see the content of my private appointments in outlook. How do I do that.

I can recall having been able to do so in an earlier version of outlook, but somehow I can't find it in version 2000

At the lower right hand corner of the appointment there is a Private
check box. Check that and make sure your delegates and folders
permissions granted to other people don't include rights to see
private items.

Hi,

Open the specific e-mail in the folder Sent Items, click
on Actions - Recall this message.
