When I create a long Word (2003) document that has places that they need to
be filled in by other users, how can I mark those locations so that are
easily located by the next person who must fill in the blanks. I am
currently using 'XXXXX' to draw attention, but have to beleive that Word has
a function that allows the next person to just step through the document and
go directly to those areas that need to be filled in.

Put in MacroButton fields as described in the section "Using MacroButton
fields as a text marker" at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/UsingMacroButton.htm. Then you can use
the F11 key to jump from one field to the next.
