Mark all as read

Is there any way to create a toolbar button that will mark all items in
the current folder as read?

I've been through the toolbar configuration options a couple times and I
haven't seen anything, but I might well have missed it :(
 
No button but rightclick the folder and choose Mark All as Read

Yeah, I'm aware of that one... I have a tempermental right click on my
laptop, was looking for a workaround before I pop it open.
