Margins in file with textboxes

Hi, all!

I'm having trouble with the margins on an Excel 97 file.
No matter what I do, I end up with a right margin that's
about 5/8" wide. The document is a tri-fold brochure,
printed landscape, that largely uses text boxes. I've set
the right margin at 0" and I've set the margins of the
text boxes at 0", but still I get a 5/8" right margin.

I've played and played with the document to try to get the
right margin to be smaller, but now accept defeat! Any
suggestions?

As an aside, it would seem to make more sense to put a
brochure in Word, but I had even more problems with Word -
tried columns, tables, Microsoft templates, HP templates,
but had a terrible time. I'm pleased with how it came out
in Excel, other than this margin issue. If I can just
figure out what I'm doing wrong, I'll be all set :-)

If you respond, would you please copy me at my personal e
mail at:

Thanks much!

Mary

Is the print setting set to any reduction (other than 100%?) Printers aren't usually able to handle margins less than 1/2", and any reduction in the print setting % would increase the result.

Hi!

Thanks for your reply (and thanks for copying me on my
home e mail)! The print setting is set to 100%.... Any
thoughts?

Thanks!

Mary
