Marco Relative Referencing Button

I use to have a toolbar button that would help me record
relative references in my macros. I've tried to find this
button and it seems to have disappeared. Can someone tell
me where to find it ?

Record a macro and do view>toolbars and check stop recording
unless you haven't edited that button the macro reference should be on the
same button
