MAPI32 Exception Error Screen

How do I get rid of this screen. It pops up constantly.
I downloaded the microsoft patch that was supposed
to "fix" it but it didn't. Can anyone out there lend a
hand?
 
you need to go to Symantec or McAfee's web site and download and run the
removal utility - it works, 'cause I had to use it on a friend's computer
the other day.
