I have an email stuck in the Outbox that can't be
deleted. Every time I send mail I get an error message
about the one email that couldn't be sent because the MAPI
Spooler is processing it. How do I get it out of there?

i have exactly the same problem if yu find a solution
please let me know

The usual solution is to delete the .pst file and start all over again.
The problem is because the message is 'hung' and the spooler starts
before anything else.

I have had success with a work around. Gets a little messy, but
usually works. Change the services to 'access via modem' and log off.
This sets the spooler to not load until the modem connects. This is
the "break' you need. Go to outbox, delete the offending email (don't
try to move it somewhere') Then go back to services change it back to
the normal way you connect, and log off. Next time you log on, should
be OK.

If this fails, the only other way I know of is to delete the .pst and
start a new folder.
