MAPI error when deleting mail in Outbox

There is an e-mail stuck in my Outbox that I can't delete. Each time I try
to delete it and error appears that says:
"The e-mail acannot be deleted. The MAPI spooler has already begun
transmitting the message."
Everything I try doesn't work. I even had the Admin go into the e-mail
server and try to get rid of it but he can't see anything. We already
rebooted the system too. Any suggestions?
