Map Drives

I need to map a drive from a Windows 2000 server to a
Windows 2003 server that does not disconnect after I log
off. I tried mapping the drive in windows and by command
promt using Net Use but both disconnect after I log off.
Any ideas?

NET USE D: \\server\share /PERSISTENT:YES
