Map drive issue..pls help!

Hello pros

I have an issue with one of my end user's xp pro sp2 laptop.
I see Map drives on her my computer, but double clicking them show error
message that the network is not connected.

However, if I type \\computer\share on address bar, it opens.

If I reboot the laptop, it also works again for a while. Why!!!

Please help me to solve this issue.

Your symptoms are related to a network component known as the NT Browser. Note
this should not be confused with Internet Explorer, or any competitor (such as
Firefox which I hope you will use). The Browser provides the content of Network
Neighborhood. Read this article for details:

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, but there are other possibilities too. Read this
article with an open mind. What antivirus protection do you use?

If no help, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each computer, so
