map custom fields

I just reinstalled outlook 2007 on my C running XP. When I went to take a
list of contacts from anwindowns comma seperated file and move them over to
customers on outlook when it came time to Custom map fields none of the
fields I needed were there. I got "subject" "to" "from" etc. No where did
it have first name, last name, address, etc.

How do I change the fields to what I need?

It sounds like your question pertains to Outlook, not to Microsoft Access (the
subject of this newsgroup). The webpage can be confusing and may have misled
you.
