At some point after a reboot, I will lose the ability to run certain programs, sometimes all programs. Lately, this happens Adobe reader on a daily basis at least. I think this relates to the general problem I'm having running programs, but I also have the latest version of the reader and have re-installed after uninstalling first. Windows update is automatic on my machine, so I am completely up to date with Windows also. What could this be?
