manuel VGA Driver not install

Hello,

I have created XP Embedded image with VGA standard driver.

I want to install manuel new VGA driver Intel 865G under device manger-
however don't go, it didn't driver found. I have tested under XP Pro same
driver is OK. What I forgotten as component add?

Hello,

1. Try to use device manager to see what happened.
2. Examine setupapi.log, Examine fba.log (You can post them here also)
3. Use dependency walker on all files from your driver package.
4. Triple check that all files are in folders they should be.
5. Try manual driver install from XPe.

Test all this, and report as many things as you can to this NG.

I have the same problem with installing a vga driver. But where can
find the 'Class Installer' section in the Target Designer.
*You might be missing the "Class Installer - Display Adapter
component.

Hi Ralf,

You can find it also in alphabetical list of all components.
But in both cases don't forget to lower your visibility bar to 200 or lower.
