manual calculation

Every time I open an excel program, the worksheet automatically calculate all formulas even if I changed the caculation option to manual before the last time I closed the program. Can someone help me fixed this problem coz it always delay my work.

Change calculation to manual and save the workbook. Then if that workbook is
the first one opened it will not be recalculated.
