Managing Conversations: manually joining two threads

Outlook has an "almost-nice" conversation feature.
Is there any way to manually force emails into an existing conversation
thread?

If there is a conversation about an email:

Our Meeting about X
Re: Our Meeting about X
Re: Our Meeting about X

But someone intended to reply to this, but sent a new mail with the subject
"The Meeting on X", Outlook thinks this is a completely new topic and
arranges it into a different conversation.

But in terms of content, it's the same conversation thread and I want to
force it into my existing thread.
Is there any way to do this?

Open the message, click Edit>Edit Message and change the subject to match
the rest of the conversation. Close the message and choose Yes when asked
if you want to save the changes. When I tried it, it worked.

Thanks for the tip!
When I tried this before posting, because the subject line was not in the
white edit-box, I didn't realize you could edit it. Now it works.

Cheers
Jay
