Management of Data with 2000 and 2003 version

Hello !

I would like to know if there are many differences between the management of
the lists of data with Excel 2000 and Excel 2003.
It seems, that there is a big evolution of this in the last version !
Do you think that a person who know how to use the lists of data with Excel
2000 will know immediatly how to use it with Excel 2003 ? And reciprocally ?

Unless my memory fails, there is no list functionality in 2000. I
believe lists were added in Office XP.

I think that it takes a little getting used to, but it is great if used
properly.
