malicious program in Internet Explorer

Hi guys!
I have a program that changes my homepage everytime I log
on and adds 4 junk favourites... Any ideas how to get rid
of it? Something also added "MyRealPics" in my favourite
folder, and I cannot delete it because windows tells
me: "cannot read from the sourcefile or disk".
I would be greatly thankfull if someone could help me out!

Have you tried Adaware www.lavasoft.com or Spy Bot Search & Destroy
