Making XP Home work like Pro

How can i add all these missing features from XP Pro to my Home
edition?

I know that a lot of thinks is just tweaking.

1) Go to store/shop that sells computer software.

2) Purchase the Upgrade version of WinXP Pro.

3) Return home.

4) Insert installation CD in PC's CD drive and follow the on-screen
prompts and instructions to install operating system and desired
additional features.
