Making video from jpg

Hi does anyone know of a program that will enable me to make avi or
mpg from a lot of jpg's. I want it so that I can burn it to CD or DVD
and have the jpg's go from one to the next.

Any help gratefully recveived
 
I don't know if you've already tried it, but most DVD-players nowadays can
already show jpeg-files.
