making greeting cards in xp

i used to make cards and pick all types of images, labels, holiday symbols etc in windows 98 on an aptiva. I can't figure out how to do it in xp on a dell dimension 4600. I know it has to be simple. Please help!
 
It is easy to do, if you have installed the appropriate software. Apparently
your IBM was supplied with said software. Your Dell was not. You can
purchase and install any software you wish to do the job!

This has nothing to do with Windows 98 vs Windows XP. On your
WIndows 98 computer, you had a program installed with these
capabilities. On your Windows XP computer, you do not.

The solution is easy. Buy that software and install it on your
Windows XP computer.
