I would like to know if anyone knows if it's possible to
make changes to an entire Excel workbook that contains
several worksheets, similar to the "Select all" feature
in MS Word. Example, font size, gridlines, etc. Thanks.

Right-click on a sheet tab and select "select sheets". Or select first sheet.
Hold SHIFT key and select last sheet. This action "groups" the worksheets.
Changes made to one will be reflected in all. Some features are not available
with "grouped" sheets.

e.g. you can't add sheet protection to grouped sheets.

Also, some print setup features are not available.

DO NOT FORGET to right-click and "ungroup" when done.
