Making a "Web Folder"

Hello

New at this so please be patient. I am attempting to make a folder in my C: a web folder. I have one and can't get another one made. I use Microsoft FrontPage to publish to web and usually do online editing. However, I have two sites I can't edit and I think it is because the two folders are not "web folders". The one that is updates fine

Have you tried posting in a FrontPage newsgroup?
