Sorry in advance if this is a bit wordy,
I want to use yahoo messenger, and when I download the program I only want it to open or run in my account only. We have 3 accounts/users on the our system with XP home version. I only wish this to run or open from my specific non administrator account. Is this possible? Example; When the computer starts I do not want yahoo messenger to be seen or to load during startup, however I want to be able to launch it from within my user account only..

Hope I made some sense.

Hi,

Disable the program from running at startup (check both the program's own
options and the startup tab of msconfig), then drop a shortcut in your user
profile's startup folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
