Making a network using gateway instead of hub

I had recently purchased a new "Linksys wireless-G ADSL Gatway" gateway to
connect more than 1 computer to the internet .But I'm trying to establish a
home network right now with that gateway ,can it be done .And for information
I have tried to start game on network and there was... some psitives .Now can
establish a home network with that gateway ?

Linksys makes a lot of Hardware with a lot of Exotic names. If you would post the exact
Model number might be that some one can help.

Your question is a little lacking in detail. Providing the model of the Linksys
would help a bit - if it's a combined modem / router / WAP, then it's perfectly
capable of providing a home network too, and allowing each computer to share
files as well as Internet service. This article should point you in the right

It's the WAG54G ver.2 ,it says one of the features is a bilt in router ,I'm
not really sure if that can be used for file and printer sharing ?

OK, that's a modem / router / WAP combo. It will work fine to establish a home
network, including file and printer sharing.
