Making a boot disk

I want to make a boot disk and it says it take 6 floopys with 1.44 MB of
room. I am useing the 1.44MB disck but is tell me there not enough room. What
am i doing wrong?
 
The XP CD is bootable as Ted stated.

This takes 6 floppies....
