I did something Dumb the other day, for bervity I will
skip the long version, I really wasn't trying to bootleg
XP-Pro. Anyway.
I loaded XP-Pro, taken from my work place, on my home PC,
and accidentily authorized it. What a mess, I hope I can
somehow straighten it out without my employer finding out.
I can easily remove it from the PC, but I assume that's
not going to release the authorization. I am ready to
purchase my copy XP-Pro, but just need to know how to
straighten out this licence thing. I would gladly do
whatever it takes to set things right.
Can I somehow re-authorize it on my PC and release the
original license, so the original machine, at woek, can be
authorized?
I will do whatever it takes to solve this delima. I have
Legit copies of the other Windows OS's.
I hope this is clear and there is a way to straighten out
these numbers. If this is better handled by phone, I will
gladly call.
