Make Web Pages Open in New Window Automatically?

I know there's some way to set up Explorer so that each new web page you
click on or open up from, say, Favorites, will open in a new window. That
way, you don't lose the previous web page when you go to a new one.

Yes, I know you can go shift-click or shift-enter and that'll accomplish the
same thing, but it's too easy to forget to do that.

IE>tools>internet options>advanced>disable 'reuse windows for launching
shortcuts'>apply/ok your way out

myself; I probably looked at that check-box 20 times.
