Or you could try this:
Open Windows Explorer
Open My Computer
Open your "Local Disk (C
by clicking on it
Now on the top menu, clcik on FILE--NEW--FOLDER and clear out the default
name and give it a name of your choice, then click Enter
You can make a new folder or make a new sub-folder under any other existing
folder on the root "C:" drive, or on any other hard drives you have.
