Make Pictures Smaller Doesn't Appear

On my work computer running Windows XP Pro when I select
pictures that are around 1 meg in size and choose "send
to mail recipient" it doesn't give me the option to make
them smaller and goes right to an e-mail message will all
the pictures attached at full size. Any idead why the
shrink option quit popping up?

Try this, it may restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.
