Make Outlook U3 compatable

When is Microsoft going to make Outlook compatable with U#. I use Outlook on
three different machines. It would be great for Outlooks data available on a
U3 drive or a thumb drive.
 
It will not happen in this lifetime. Outlook/Office needs to write to the registry.
