Make Message Notification Configurable By Folder

In the previous version message notification automatically extended to all
subfolders of my default email in box. Now in 2003 I only receive message
notification with my default inbox, not the subfolders attached to it. I now
often miss emails coming in from individuals who I have rules to move new
messages to various folders.

I would like message notification to be able to be activatable on any email
folder.

Because I work with several email accounts in Outlook I would like to be
able to configure it for all my email accounts, not just the default. With
that in mind it would be good to be able to customize the notification shape
or color so I could at a glance recognize in which box the new email had
arrived.

You can create a rule that with no conditions but with an action to show the
Desktop Alert.
