I have recently started using IP telephony @ home and for work as well and
I'm missing a function in Outlook which allows me to use my contact base in
Outlook and basically make a phonecall directly from the Outlook application
via a press of a button when placed on the contact I want to call...

version of outlook and windows? depending on the phone drivers installed, it
might be possible with ol2003 and windows xp but probably not earlier
versions.

Hi Diane,

I'm using Win XP SP2 and MS Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1.

I believe I can use the SIP or IAX protocols...
