Make distribution list by copying and pasting multiple addresses?

In making a distribution list for Email in Outlook, how can I use many
addresses without typing them in one at a time? I am trying to make a
distribution list with several hundred Email addreses.

Also, if I am merging two lists, is there an easy way to delete duplications
of an Email address?
