Make cell display 0 if number is negative

Hi,
How would I go about making a cell that contains a formula read and
display any number less than zero as zero. Can this be done? Any help
would be appreciated! Hopefully this will be my last question:c)

Here's a sneaky way. Format - Cells - Number tab - Custom:

General;"0";"0"

Change General to any number format as desired for control of display of
positive numbers.
