This is a technical support newsgroup for people developing databases
in Microsoft Access. A "catalog" might use an Access database as a
source of its data, but as a rule you wouldn't create a catalog *in*
Access.
If you're talking about doing so in Word, or Publisher, please repost
a *meaningful* question, indicating what you've done and what you
want, in a newgroup appropriate for that program.
