Does your question have to do with Microsoft Access database software? That
is the subject of this newsgroup. I have worked on an application that used
a "standard list" as a starting point to create a checklist for construction
/ installation work. No, that's not available -- it was proprietary to the
client for whom the work was done.
If it does not, then asking the question in an newsgroup devoted to the
software you plan to use would give you a better shot at getting a useful
answer.
Well... you're asking in just POSSIBLY the right place, if you want to
create a database in Microsoft Access to implement this checklist.
There are lots of database experts here, but probably very few
mortgage escrow experts. All I know about escrow accounts is that I
hope not everyone does it as confusingly as the last three banks with
whom I've had mortgages, so I applaud your goal... but I certainly
couldn't design such a database because I don't know enough about the
business model!
