Major #?%& XP Language Problem

Hi,

I've got two top-of-the-line PC's, 3Ghz, XP Pro, fully loaded, that my dad's
purchased here in Panama. Only one problem:

Absolutely everything is in Spanish! From the Start menu (which says
"Inincio") to the Welcome screen (which says "Bienvenido"), even the
directories have Spanish names, "Archivos de programa," for example - which I
assume is supposed to be Program Files. Every menu name, every icon, instead
of "Yes/No" I have options like "Si".

I've sifted through layers of screens, recognizing what I could (but to no
luck), and have looked at the Microsoft support pages, however they're
useless - how can I get my product ID numbers if I can't read the screen
instructions on how to display them?

So obviously I'm getting pretty frustrated, being from the US I've never ran
into this problem before. How do I get these computers localized into
English? Completely reinstall a different version of the operating system?
If so, shouldn't Microsoft provide that for free, and in a common-sense
method of changing it/installing it?

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Mike;
The language of Windows XP can not be changed.
If you want Windows XP in English, you need to buy Windows XP in
English and perform a Clean Installation..

As for "shouldn't Microsoft provide that for free", it seems like a
good idea, but is won't happen.
Contact the seller and see what they can do.

Greetings --

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
English WinXP to perform a clean installation.
