major virus i guess???

ok someone has to help me with this one,at work my pc has been taken over by some porn and casino ads in particular one called coolsearch and casinopalazzo among others but the coolsearch one is really relentless it's taken over my homepage no matter what i do i've tried norton and ad-aware and it will find them and i'll quarintine them and delete them and they come rite back sometimes stronger and with other threats.i've also tried some other techniques but to no avail.i'm desperate guys i could loose my job...any info would be much appreciated.

Some of these nasties get in by using known security defects in Windows.
Make sure you run Windows Update regularly and install the security updates
recommended. Turn on the firewall and re-run the programs others have
suggested (NAV, Adaware, Spybot Search and Destroy etc)

You might also like to look at the program "Hijackthis" - However don't
delete anything until you have posted the Hijackthis log to a help forum. I
believe Hijackthis tends to signal false positives and you need to get an
expert to comment on your log file to avoid deleting something important and
harmless.

ISTR that 'cwshredder' is specifically targetted at coolsearch.
