Hello Again:

I've written to this area several times about an error
I'm receiving on both my computers. This error say's when
I start up both computers, "Shell_NotifyIcon Fail" and
all it will allow is hitting "No."

Several people wrote to me and sent virus infected files
(infected with the w32.swen.a@mm Virus) and they
recommended that I download the KB824145 November
Critical Update, I've had that downloaded now for a while
and it has not helped at all.

Please please don't send me virus infected attachments
that point to Windows XP updates that I already have, I
have already downloaded "all" windows updates completely
and they are all installed.

Does anyone know of a solution to this problem? I've
tried everything including reloading Windows XP
Professional and it came back when I did the Windows
Updates critical updates.

Thanks for you help.
