Major differences between MSWord 2000 and MSWord 2002?

Using Windows XP, does MSWord 2002 offer major differences over Word 2000? I have Word 2002 [but not Office] installed on my computer, and there is an opportunity for me to take a course based on Word 2000. Would such a course be sufficient for me to learn to work with my Version 2002, or do I really need to be instructed in the use of version 2002?

From your perspective, I think you'll find 2000 and 2002 as essentially
the same.
