Major Computer problem Error

my computer is so messed up when i click on anything it makes an error except
msn internet explore and some games
but i cant acesss my documents or c: !!!

mircosoft said get the update service patch 2 so i did and it didnt help :(

this is the error file

can some 1 help me please !!! ITS URGENT I HAVE MANY FILES That i need 2
acesss and i cant :(

Sounds like you have some sort of worm or trojan. Best thing to do is to boot
up in safe mode and run a full system scan, That should tell you what your
dealing with. IF its something major then there probably is a removal tool
for you. Hopefully that will help you out.
